Painters in Macandrew Bay

Homes in Macandrew Bay benefit from a beautiful Otago Harbour setting, but coastal conditions can also place demands on exterior paintwork. Painters Dunedin helps homeowners assess and refresh suitable exterior surfaces as well as interiors, plaster repairs and complete house repaints.

Salt-laden air, rain, wind and shaded areas can affect how coatings age. Preparation matters especially on older timber surfaces and previously painted cladding. We look at the existing condition and discuss cleaning, sanding, priming and any repairs before a repaint begins.

For interior work, we can refresh walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Whether you want a lighter colour scheme or simply a clean new finish, we discuss surface repairs, room access and suitable paint products before the work starts.

Some Peninsula properties have slopes, limited access or elevated exterior surfaces. These details may affect the work method and estimate. We take them into account along with the building's age and coating condition.
